Homeless Parks
I think the time has come to construct "Homeless Parks" like "Skate Parks" but differing in where the "Homeless Parks" would require people not haveing
residence in a city or money for a hotel room in an overnight stay in a different city than their home, to reside inside of the FREE "Homeless Park" which would come complete
with fake freeway offramps where homeless are often found "flying carboard signs" with written messages to the public signaling that they are
"willing to work for food" or ready to receive donations of any kind, messages like "Please Help", "God Bless You", etc... also inside the "Homeless Parks"
there could be fake bridges under which homeless could sleep and to make them feel more at home within this fenced off isolated area located near noisy airports, sewage treatment
plants, auto wrecking/boneyard/recycling operations where real estate values are not very costly, so within said "Homeless Parks" there could be geunine city signs prohibiting all
of the common homeless activities that are prohibited within normal cities, things like camping overnight, litering, loitering, consuming alcohol or drugs
within range of parks or schools where children play or learn, all the usual warnings and prohibitions should be installed in genuine city signs in the
"Homeless Parks" so that the homeless would feel like they are in a real city... Homeless unwilling or unable to relocate to such compulsory "Homeless Parks"
could be trucked (Cuba-style-buses) to the designated "Homeless Parks", these parks would also install fake fire hydrants as a thoughtfully cortecy for the
many dogs that usually accompany homeless that are in groups... Chronic or hopeless permanent career homeless should not be let out of these safe havens, like a zoo
normal working taxpaying people who are interested in how the homeless are doing could visit for a day but be required to pay $50 entry fee, money that can be split
between the homeless living there...
